Welcome to #CBD4ADHD. This is the Pinned Post for FB group CBD4ADHD and the associated groups CBD4Anxiety, ADHD-Naturally, and FB page DreamCatcher CBD.  Our groups educate members who want to start taking CBD, including how to research brands, how to read CBD lab reports, how to define CBD Isolate, CBD Full Spectrum and CBD Broad Spectrum terms.  CBD4ADHD and our associated groups provide a platform for members to find support and advice from experienced CBD users.

Gummy Recipes: follow recipe directions, once Gummies are in the molds still soft, add the number of drops you prefer per gummy.  Stir with a toothpick to mix and put in fridge to set.

Why did we create this group?

Our mission was to create a group that provides accurate and unbiased information so members can make an informed decision about CBD products and brands.

Tired and Desperate

I was just like many of you when I started.  I was tired, desperate, and wanted to help control ADHD through a more natural approach.  ADHD Meds were not working and there was no point in continuing to use a pharmaceutical med that didn’t work.  Was there a better option?

I stumbled on CBD and started researching.  I joined FB groups (several in fact), I read everything I could find on google and I asked questions.  The more I learned, the more I realized just how much inaccurate information is being distributed in many of the CBD groups I joined.

The overwhelming amount of Mis-Information and Spamming

In many of the groups, it was obvious questions were being answered in a manner to sell a product.  Very few people, even sellers, understand labels or dosing, much less the content of the products they are pushing.  This is why we do not allow links.  We discourage promoting and selling in this group in order to preserve the integrity of our group.  So many groups have been hijacked by MLM sellers and startups attempting to push their products.  When you ask a question in our group, answers will be authentic, not an attempt to sell you something.

Trusted Brands

Our list of trusted brands are not the only quality brands, but they have each been extensively researched.  Each of our recommended brands has comprehensive background in the market and are well established.  None of them are inexperienced startups attempting to cash in on this emerging market.

Standards for our “Trusted Brand List”:
  • Operating/selling CBD products longer than 2-3 years
  • Available Independent 3rd Party Lab Reports
  • Not a Multi-Level-Marketing Company (MLM) due to price and product quality
  • Clearly discloses where the hemp is sourced
  • Organic growing practices
  • Clear and ethical marketing and labels.
  • Excellent customer reviews

We want members with ADHD to thrive and find benefits from a natural product, free of side effects.  But on this journey, with so many startups hoping to cash in, there is the possibility of toxic, cheap, inferior ingredients, such as synthetic CBD (known as spice).  There is the possibility of mislabeling.

We want our members to know how to research a brand even if it’s not a brand on our Trusted Brand List, because we can’t possible research every brand on the market….but we’ll try!  We want members to use and administer only the very best and highest quality products.

We want to teach members how to read lab results and never purchase without reviewing 3rd Party labs.  We want members to know the difference between “full spectrum”, “broad spectrum”, and “isolate”.  We want members to know marketing buzz words and realize they are typically just fluff to entice a purchase.

We also want to provide a platform for members to interact with others struggling with ADHD.  We want to provide a safe and supportive place where members can share experiences, inspire and educate others as we move thru this journey together.

Advertising/Solicitation: NO selling, promoting, “message me for more info”, “PM me for the link”, “send me a PM for more information” posts. Anyone found promoting products, services or other Facebook groups will be removed from the group without warning. If anyone from our group sends you an unsolicited private message or friend request, please let me know so they can be removed from the group.

No Posting External Affiliate Links: This group is for sharing and discussing CBD use for ADHD as well as other natural alternatives that help manage ADHD. It’s to be a resource to everyone starting down this path. If you find a great article to share with the group, SHARE, SHARE, SHARE!

NO MLM Discussions

We do not allow questions or discussions about MLM brands, including Young Living, Doterra or other MLM essential oil or CBD brands (See MLM list of brands on the Avoid List below) as this opens the door to sellers to make exaggerated claims in order to spam you with their products.

Be Kind and Supportive: We are here to get information, support and advice.  Absolutely NO DRAMA! If you start or contribute, in any way to drama, you will be removed without warning.

We are not lawyers, doctors, nurses, nor qualified to give any medical or legal advice.

For complete transparency…

We participate in affiliate programs of some (not all) of the trusted brands. Proceeds from affiliate sales are used for operating costs and periodic product giveaways to our Facebook group members.  We are animal lovers, therefore we give a portion of the proceeds to The Beagle Freedom Project which frees animals from lab use all over the world.

Affiliate agreements are standard among CBD Facebook groups and websites.  If you’re a member of several CBD groups, review the pinned post for affiliate disclaimers if this is a concern for you.

Your purchase, at no additional cost to you through our affiliate links, keeps our website operational.  FB groups and pages are completely free, but websites are not.   We want the information we provide, through our website, to help you make informed decisions.

Unlike other groups, we tell you, as well as create tools that reflect why a brand is effective, not just that it has great customer reviews and has been vetted by the group admin.

Because CBD is an individual journey and can effect every person differently, we dig deeper to understand why a product is effective.  Is it the cannabinoid profile, the terpene profile, the extraction process, the infused oil?

We want you to purchase a great quality product based on its own facts. Is it an established brand with longevity in the market?   Does it use hemp farmed organically?  Does it provide independent 3rd Party labs?  Does it provide great customer service, have great customer feedback, include ethical labels that do not mislead customers about content?  Does it have a robust cannabinoid and terpene profile?

We hope that if you find our information helpful, you’ll support us by purchasing through our links, however you are under no obligation to do so.  We feel it is important to be upfront and transparent about our site and our group.
