Organic Homemade Flour Tortillas

It's a wrap.....It's a tortilla!!  You pick, but just like our kids, these wraps/tortillas are super heroes too.  Load them up with eggs, taco meat, fajitas, lunch meat, salad, or dip them in your favorite dip and they will be a hit.

Servings 16 tortillas


  • 3 Cups Organic All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Cup Warm water


  1. Combine organic flour, salt and baking powder in a mixing bowl and mix.

  2. Add oil and water to dry ingredients until smooth.

  3. Divide the dough evenly by continuing to half the dough until you have 16 individual balls.

  4. Gently and slightly press each ball to flatten, cover with a dish towel for 15 minutes to rest.

  5. Roll out balls into tortillas and cook on hot skillet.  Turn once.
