Every kid loves pizza, so why not make it healthy and turn it into a salad.  Perfect to pack in school lunches.

Peter Parker Pepperoni Pizza Pasta Salad

Who doesn't love pizza and pepperoni?  I bet Peter Parker loves this version!!


  • 1 12 oz pkg Spiral pasta, cooked (regular or gluten free)
  • 2 Cups Organic Baby Spinach
  • 1 Cup Uncured Pepperoni slices, halved
  • 1 4.25 oz can Black olives
  • 1/2 Cup Organic Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Organic Red Bell Pepper diced
  • 1/2 Cup Organic Green Bell Pepper diced
  • 1/2 Cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 Cup Organic Green Onions sliced
  • 1-2 Cups Organic Zesty Italian Dressing


  1. Toss all ingredients together with 1 Cup of the Italian dressing, adding more as needed.

  2. Chill for 3 hours so flavors can blend.

  3. Add more dressing if needed.
