Super Hero Homemade Pancakes

Melt in your mouth pancakes.  Made especially for super heroes.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cups Organic All Purpose Flour
  • 3 Tbsp Organic Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 Cups Organic Milk
  • 3 Tbsp Melted Organic butter
  • 1/2 tsp Organic Vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine and sift together the dry ingredients.

  2. Combine the wet ingredients in a separate bowl.

  3. Mix the wet and dry ingredients together.  

  4. Be careful not to overmix.  Just until combined.

  5. Cook on hot griddle of skillet

  6. Add blueberries, sliced strawberries, chocolate chip, or nuts on top of pancake while cooking.
